Step 1: University Preselection
- Internal Deadline: July 15, 2024
Act Fast! Your application needs to reach your university department by July 15, 2024.
- Contact your department:
- Prepare your documents:
- Completed application form
- Copy of your valid passport or citizenship documentation
- Letter from your department director confirming your eligibility for the scholarship
- Two letters of recommendation
- Recent official academic transcripts and diplomas
- Proof of current enrollment (if applicable)

Step 2: FRQNT Final Selection
- University Nomination: If your university selects your application, they will forward it to the FRQNT by September 13, 2024.
- FRQNT Review: The FRQNT will review the preselected applications and invite shortlisted candidates to submit a final application.
- Final Application (if invited): If you're chosen for the final round, the FRQNT will contact you with instructions on submitting the final application by November 1, 2024.
- Selection Results: Await the exciting news! FRQNT will announce the scholarship recipients in April 2025.
