Additional Information & Application Method
Step 1: Get Nominated by Your School (by October 11th, 2024)
- Check with your school counsellor to see if they participate in the Pearson Scholarship program. If not, they can apply to join.
- If your school already participates, they will be able to nominate you by October 11th, 2024.
Step 2: Apply to the University of Toronto (by October 18th, 2024)
- Submit your application to the University of Toronto by October 18th, 2024, for admission starting September 2025.
Note: Only your first choice of program will be considered for the scholarship if awarded.
Step 3: Complete the Scholarship Application (after nomination and UofT application)
- Once nominated and applied to UofT, you'll receive a private link to the online scholarship application.
- Complete the application and submit all required documents by November 8th, 2024.
Important Deadlines:
- School nomination deadline: October 11th, 2024
- U of T application deadline: October 18th, 2024
- Scholarship application & document deadline: November 8th, 2024
The scholarship selection process places special emphasis on the impact candidates have had on their school and community, and their potential to contribute positively to the global community. Approximately 37 students will be named Lester B. Pearson Scholars each year.
