Here is a fully funded scholarship to study in the United States. Applications are open for the Gates Scholarship Program 2025. The Gates Scholarship Program was launched in 2017 by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. This scholarship is for the students to enroll and pursue a bachelor’s degree program for a US-accredited, not-for-profit, private, or public college or university. The scholarship aims to eliminate the financial burden on the students.
Parents with low income should encourage their children to apply for the Gates Scholarship for the class of 2025. There are no restrictions on majors or fields of study. The TGS Scholarship will cover all the expenses for the full duration of the bachelor’s degree. The list of the finalists will be announced in April 2025. The Grant will be distributed in Fall 2025. The Gates Scholars will receive the full funding which includes:
- Tuition Fees
- Fees
- Room
- Board
- Books
- Transportation
- Other personal costs.
TGS Scholarship Duration
Each student will receive funding for (5) years to complete a bachelor’s degree.
The Gates Scholarship Requirements
The TGS Scholarship 2025 is open to:
- Students who come from low-income backgrounds.
- A high school senior.
- A student must plan to enroll full-time, in a four-year undergraduate degree program.
- From at least one of the following ethnicities: African-American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian & Pacific Islander American, and/or Hispanic American.

- A US citizen, national, or permanent resident.
- Good Academic Grades. A GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) is required.
Note: The Gates Scholarship requires Proof of tribal enrollment for American Indians/Alaska Natives.

Selection Criteria
An Ideal Candidate will have:
- An Outstanding academic record.
- Demonstrated leadership ability through extracurricular, or other activities.
- Exceptional personal success skills such as Motivation, and emotional story.
