- Address how the proposed course will advance your workplace or professional goals
- Include course/seminar information and the organization offering the education/training
- Enrollment verification, class schedule and itemized tuition statement from the University/Organization providing courses. Please note that a generalized cost of attendance outline from the University’s website will not suffice.
- A signed letter of support from the Principal/Supervisor

- Must be on official school/medical facility stationery
- Confirms job description, status, and length of employment
- Indicates support for the proposal and its impact on the applicant’s development
