The President’s International Scholarship of Excellence awards:
- $45,000 per academic year, renewable for up to three years of full-time study.
- A total value of up to $180,000 for your undergraduate journey.
To renew this scholarship, recipients must:
- Maintain a minimum B+ GPA each academic year.
- Complete a minimum of four courses per term (excluding summer sessions).

Eligible Nationalities
This scholarship is open to international students of all nationalities.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Have an A average (minimum GPA of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale) or equivalent in their high school curriculum.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills through extracurricular activities or community involvement.
- Be an international high school student requiring a study permit to study in Canada.
- Apply for admission to York University by February 3, 2025, for the September 2025 entry.
